Pumpkin
Soft, sweet, and full of warmth, pumpkin is the heart of our winter plates. Roasted, folded into batters, or whipped into spiced creams, it brings comfort and depth to the season.


Chestnuts
A winter classic. Nutty and delicate, chestnut adds a creamy richness to our seasonal dishes — especially when folded into our chestnut & ricotta cream.


Caramelised Figs
Winter’s sweetest fruit. Sticky, rich, and tender, figs add a deep seasonal sweetness — lifting pancakes, bowls, and toasts with their glossy warmth.



Ricotta
Soft, light, and versatile. Ricotta balances the boldness of winter ingredients, adding gentle indulgence and pairing beautifully with deeper seasonal flavours.

Butternut Squash
A cold-weather staple, roasted for natural sweetness and velvet texture. Squash anchors our savoury dishes, bringing body, colour, and winter comfort.


Winter Greens
